Provincial Rep: Audrey Waite, Comox Valley AHS

Audrey Waite is the Program Coordinator for the Comox Valley AHS Program in Courtenay. She has been on the AHSABC Executive since the Association’s conception. Her leadership and commitment to Head Start provides a strong foundation for the Association to grow. Her role
impacts not only the AHS site in Courtenay, but also provincially and nationally. Audrey provides a BC voice on the National Aboriginal Head Start Council. She is a strong advocate for Aboriginal Early Childhood
Development for children and believes that parents are their children’s primary teachers.
